These Edward Street spec suites needed to be ready to hit the ground running in the new year. Our team coordinated furniture, softwiring and joinery to create functional and attractive working spaces for the new occupants.
The interior design contrasts dark, natural tones and fittings with light stone and wood textures. Warm lighting combines with plenty of natural light from the wrap around windows to create a dynamic aesthetic that’s easy to enjoy.
The main work areas include fixed back-to-back workstations with low acoustic screens, task chairs, and the necessary softwiring, including cable umbilicals and cable management trays.
The custom green acoustic screens help soften the open space and the natural tone makes a perfect partner to the light oak worktops and slatted screen dividers.
The main kitchen area showcases booths and bench seats with matching joinery and leather upholstery to create a comfortable and stylish space.
Several meeting rooms were a part of the fitout. Matching finishes with artwork is a great way to create a coordinated space, and we contributed with leather executive chairs and a joinery shelf to match the striking table top.
